Online Shopping at PentaclePress.com
To shop at PentaclePress.com, simply add items to your order by clicking on the "Add to Order" button located below the price of the
item(s) you wish to buy. When you add your first item, an order page will be created for your shopping session. You may continue shopping for additional items by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button. You may view the contents of your order at any time during your session by clicking on the "Your Order" link located in the banner at the top of the each page.
To change the quantity of any particular item, simply enter the desired number in the "Quantity" field on the "Your Order" page, and click the "Update" button located next to the Quantity field. To remove an item from your order, simply click on the "Remove" button located on the same line as the item.
Once you are satisfied with the contents of your order:
- Click the "Checkout" button.
- Enter your Shipping & Billing Information (the name and address of the credit card holder) including a valid e-mail address* for confirming your order.
- Click on the "Continue" button.
- Review your Shipping and Billing information, and select a shipping method and payment option. Click on the "Continue" button.
- Review your order summary thoroughly, then enter your credit card information. Click on the "Submit Order" button to complete your purchase. Once you have submitted an order, you cannot revise or cancel the transaction.
- An order acknowledgement will be sent to the e-mail address* you provided. Upon shipment of your order, you will be sent a second e-mail with your shipping and tracking information.
*Note: A valid e-mail address is required for the proper processing of online orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails to provide an accurate e-mail address. If you have questions regarding how we use your email address, please see our Privacy Policy.

PentaclePress.com is a "PCI Compliant" website, certified by Security Metrics, as required by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security initiative endorsed by major credit card associations including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For customers who prefer to pay by check or money order (see Payment Methods below), we offer a printable mail order form (in PDF format) located on our homepage.
We honor Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We also accept personal checks and money orders made out to our parent company (Sister Sage, LLC) in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order and upon clearance of personal checks.
If paying by personal check, please allow 7-14 business days following deposit for clearance of funds before your order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of an item by the time funds clear. A $25. fee will be imposed on all returned checks.
Do not send cash. We will not be responsible for cash sent to us through the mail.

We are proud to offer cost-effective and reliable shipping via the US Postal Service (USPS), to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours upon receipt, and are carefully inspected before being shipped FOB Peterborough, NH.
Orders received after 3 PM EST will be entered the next business day. Friday and weekend orders will be entered on the following Monday or the first following business day. Most orders will arrive within 3-10 business days (more for AK and HI).

We offer economical flat rate shipping via USPS Media Mail beginning at only $4.95 for all book and Tarot deck orders*.
- First book or Tarot item: $4.95

*Due to postal class regulations, orders including a Book of Shadows are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For orders including a Book of Shadows, the following rates apply:
- Each Book of Shadows: $6.00 ea.

Tracking/Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped with a USPS Track & Confirm number. This service allows you to track your order online at http://www.usps.com and provides confirmation when an order has been delivered. You will receive a USPS tracking number with the shipping confirmation of your order.
P.O. Box Shipping
Yes; we ship to P.O. Box addresses.
APO/FPO Shipping
We proudly ship to all Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) military addresses via USPS Media Mail and Priority Mail. Please note that APO/FPO orders are processed by the military mail system, and cannot be tracked. A proof of shipment (Certificate of Mailing) may be requested when ordering, however, we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of orders we cannot track. Please allow extra time for AFO/FPO orders to arrive.

Custom-made Items
Orders including made-to-order specialty merchandise may take 3 to 5 weeks to deliver as indicated on the product page. We will do our best to keep you apprised of shipping dates.
C.O.D. Orders
We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
Although we maintain a sizeable inventory, we occasionally we have runs on items. In the event that an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available portion of your order, and will ship any backordered items separately—at no additional charge—as soon as they are available.
Located in tax-free New Hampshire, we do not apply sales tax on any items purchased through PentaclePress.com.
Customer satisfaction is our number one concern. All orders are checked for accuracy and each item is carefully inspected before being shipped. However, in the event there is a problem with your purchase, our goal is to make an exchange or credit as easy as possible.
Items will be accepted in return for replacement or credit for any of the following reasons:
- The item received was damaged.*
- The item received was defective.*
- The incorrect item was shipped.
*Damaged and defective item claims must be reported immediately to our Customer Service department at service@pentaclepress.com within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacement or credit.
Conditions:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required on all returns. Contact our Customer Service Department at service@pentaclepress.com to obtain an RMA number. Please note that we cannot accept any return merchandise or return any items we receive without an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of assignment of RMA number for replacement or credit. Items received after 30 days from assignment of RMA number cannot be accepted for replacement or credit and cannot be returned.
- We can only process returns for items purchased and shipped from PentaclePress.com.
Items accepted for return should be carefully packed in their original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Address returns to:

Once a return is authorized, customer must take all necessary precautions to guarantee the prompt and safe delivery of the item being returned. We cannot issue a replacement or credit if the return is not received. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will promptly ship a replacement or issue the applicable credit to the credit card that was used for the original purchase, or issue a check in the amount of the credit, if original payment was made by check. All credits and refunds will be issued within 10-14 days.

In the event that an order has not been received within 14 days from receipt of a shipping confirmation, please contact us at service@pentaclepress.com. If USPS tracking indicates that an order has not been delivered in 30 days from the date of shipment (the alotted delivery period established by USPS), then we will issue a full credit or replacement of order at the customer's discretion.
If USPS tracking confirms that your order was delivered, and you are not in receipt of it, we recommend that you first contact your local Post Office where it is possibly being held for you.
If USPS tracking confirms an order has been delivered, and you are not in receipt of it, then any dispute you have must be addressed with USPS directly. Delivery is assumed and designated as such by PentaclePress.com and the customer to be complete when confirmed as delivered by the USPS tracking system. Customers assume all risks and responsibility for the safety of a shipment upon delivery. PentaclePress.com cannot be responsible for theft or loss of delivered goods, and assumes no such liability.
Mail theft and mail fraud (i.e.: the false reporting of stolen or unreceived mail) are federal crimes. We will actively assist USPS authorities and our customers by providing any documentation that may be helpful in reporting and/or recovering a lost shipment.
Misaddressed shipments
Our shipping labels reflect the "ship to" address as entered by the customer at the time of ordering. In the event that an incorrect address has been entered by the customer, Pentaclepress.com assumes no responsibility for the delivery of the order. In the event that a misaddressed shipment is returned, customer will be charged any fees incurred for return postage due. Upon return of any misaddressed shipment, customer will have the option of having the order reshipped to the correct address (new shipping charges apply), or cancelling their order, whereupon a charge-back will be applied to their credit card for the cost of goods only (we cannot credit for shipping charges on goods shipped)—minus a 15% restocking fee.
